Following a meeting of the Management Committee on Friday 19th March 2021 the following items were resolved.
The Club will remain closed until the start of the Winter season (mid-September 2021) at the very earliest. We will continue to monitor the government guidelines and if any need for change arises we will inform all members.
The Kitchen will continue to run the takeaway service every Wednesday, we are hopeful that Carvery sit-down meals can commence in June 2021. Again this will depend on the guidelines in place.
Membership fees for the 2021/2022 season will be due by 1st October 2021. The breakdown is given below;
Full Membership will be £50 per member (this is in line with the agreed increase from the EGM in April 2019)
Social Membership will be £12 per member - this is due to a change in the VAT regulations.
Joining fees will be £15 per person
It was also agreed that any current member, 2020/2021 season (full or social), wishing to join in 2021/2022 as a full member will receive a £10 discount on the membership fee.
Rink fees will remain at £3 per member for a 2 hour session and £1.50 per member for a 1 hour session.
Joe is continuing to provide a takeaway service at the club. Meals are to be collected every Wednesday between 9am and 1pm.
